Deka G75 Industrial Sealed Batteries The G75 offers Deka unparalleled quality in a low maintenance sealed industrial battery. When charged properly the G75 will not give off any corrosive or explosive gases, and never requires watering. This battery has been designed from the inside out to be a valve regulated sealed battery, with special grid designs, grid alloys, dual insulating separators, special element wraps, and specially formulated gelled electrolyte. Made for fork lift use, they will handle more deep cycling than any sealed industrial battery. As with all industrial Deka batteries the plates are tank formed for uniform quality, and allows inspection of the final assembly. The gel is formulated by computer control and the battery is filled in a multi-stage filling and vacuuming process, in one of cleanest and most advanced battery plants in the world. IBE Industrial Flooded Batteries IBE manufactures high capacity industrial type lead acid cells for deep cycle operation and high recovery characteristic s. These heavy duty batteries have grid alloys with 6% Antimony, and with proper care can deliver 1500 cycles to 80% depth of discharge, 3200 cycles to 50%, and 5000 cycles to 20%. They incorporate heat sealed covers to eliminate electrolyte leakage. Steel cases have lifting eyes and are powder coated for corrosion resistance. The 75 series has extra electrolyte capacity for extended watering interval. These are also available with one or more cells per steel case for easier handling, and in different configurations, ask for details. Shipped FOB Sun Valley CA. The Deka battery is optimized for extreme deep cycle service, with superior non-porous, precision cast grids, and pasted with active material manufactured under computer control. These extra heavy duty batteries with proper care can deliver 2100 cycles to 80% depth of discharge, 4000 cycles to 50%, and 6000 cycles to 20%. They incorporate heat sealed covers to eliminate electrolyte leakage. The Maintenance Saver reduces watering due to its extra large electrolyte reservoir. Global Yuasa Tubular Plate Industrial Flooded Batteries Global Yuasa tubular plate industrial batteries use a premium method of construction that gives them better cycle life, better voltage characteristics on discharge, better performance in cold conditions, lower self discharge, and longer life in many solar applications than flat plate batteries. They feature fiberglass wrapped, tubular positive plates that also prevent material shedding, adding life and eliminating failure from sediment buildup at the cell bottoms. Each cell has a clear, easy-fill vent cap with a built in electrolyte level indicator. When the orange float disappears, the cell needs water, so you never have to open the caps to check electrolyte level. Cells are shipped in non-conductive painted wood boxes with handles that hold two cells each. Each 12 volt battery pack comes with cell interconnects. Order 2 packs for 24 volts and 4 for 48 volts. Most sizes are in stock dry charged. Please allow one week for preparation, filling, and charging. Battery packs are shipped freight collect from Vancouver, Canada. Surrette Deep Cycle Industrial Flooded Batteries These are the new generation, dual container, deep cycle batteries from Surrette. They are high capacity batteries with heavy duty plate grid to resist positive plate breakdown. The plates are double insulated with glass mat and a polyethylene envelope, eliminating the possibility of separator misalignment, cracked separators, treeing or shorting at the bottoms or sides. These batteries are rated at 3200 cycles at 50% depth of discharge. Each 2 volt cell is built into its own lightweight container made of durable polypropylene with the cover heat bonded to the container, thus acid leakage is eliminated. The cells are then assembled into a tough, lightweight polyethylene outer container with a removable lid. Even if the outer container were to break, the battery would still be operable without acid spills. The individual cells are bolted together (CS and KS series) allowing the battery to be disassembled and the cells can be independently removed. This facilitates easy on site installation. Disassembly, assembly, or replacements of individual cells are possible without special skills or tools.
